Tosha entered the salon industry in 1998 while attending Dudley’s Beauty College in Washington, DC. Thereafter, she studied at Aesthetics Institute of Cosmetology in Gaithersburg, MD. Finally, she completed her degree at Hair Expressions in Rockville, MD.

Tosha furthers her studies every year by attending advanced education training through multiple classes with many successful artists. Tosha has had the opportunity to work with Goldwell’s Artistic Masters & NAHA Award winners Dimitrious Tsioumas and Deborah Gavin, Celebrity Stylist & Life Time Achievement Award winner Michael O’ Rourke, Eufora’s North American Guest Artist Taylor Jamison and Gerard Annunziato, Owner/Lead Educator Candy Shaw Codner of Jamison Shaw Hairdressers, and Lacie Wehrle Owner/Educator of Lacie's Exclusive Hair Design.
